Withdraw from contract
Enter your name and identify the service or part you wish to withdraw from, for example by scan ID, tool, target and date. An account, newsletter consent and an email address are not required. You can also use a letter or email to info@wolf-agents.com.
You can also use this form for a private test email order. Identify the order without including access codes or message content. Its own service and processing agreement contains the applicable withdrawal information; the public scanner information below does not replace it.

Consumer withdrawal information — free individual public check
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, inform us (Wolf-Agents, proprietor Eduard Wolf, Vorderhainberg 21, 94496 Ortenburg, Germany; info@wolf-agents.com; +49 151 46533415) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or email. You may use the model below, but this is not required. You can also use “Withdraw from contract” at https://wolf-agents.com/en/legal/withdrawal/. After “Confirm withdrawal”, you immediately receive an acknowledgement on a durable medium, recording the content, date and time of your declaration.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects: Both parties’ obligations to perform the contract end. This free service involves no payments to reimburse and no compensation for use. After effective termination, you must stop using or making the digital product available to others (§ 327p BGB). Rights to your own content and statutory data-protection rights remain unaffected. Terminating this contract does not automatically unsubscribe you from a newsletter; you can withdraw newsletter consent separately at any time.
The free individual check includes the check and subsequent result availability within the displayed period. For this single service, the right expires before the fourteen days have elapsed only when the service has been fully performed (§ 356 (5) no. 1 BGB). The first result view or file download alone is not full performance; the promised result availability is part of the service. The rule in § 356 (6) no. 1 BGB for a separate digital-content contract creates neither a separate contract nor automatic expiry on download here. The withdrawal function remains accessible and does not automatically reject declarations based on the retrieval time.

Earlier purchase or platform documents do not describe a current sales service. This page does not extinguish rights from a previous agreement.
