Dispute resolution

Wolf-Agents is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Current service

The free public security checks and associated report beta can be used without an account or email address, including by consumers. The former account, team and monitoring platform is out of operation; new registration for the platform beta is not offered. The private test-email add-on is available as a free, limited beta through the German Email Check and requires its own deliberate activation and agreement before collection begins. Report purchases and subscriptions are currently unavailable.

Public use is governed by the terms of use for free scanners and reports. Consumers can access the information and withdrawal function without signing in. The privacy policy explains the actual data flows and remaining historical data. Earlier rights and obligations do not automatically end when the former service is removed.

Responsibility for content and links

Wolf-Agents is responsible for its own content under the generally applicable laws. A disclaimer in a legal notice does not change this. This section therefore describes how we handle reports and does not claim an exemption from liability.

This service links to third-party websites in many places, particularly standards, official authorities and technical documentation. The provider or operator of each linked site is responsible for its content. We have no influence over it, and it may change at any time. We do not continuously monitor linked pages; without specific indications of an issue, such monitoring is not required.

Reports of specific legal infringements in our content, results or linked pages can be sent to info@wolf-agents.com. We assess them and take the measures required by law. We do not claim a blanket liability privilege for previously uploaded customer logos or configurations in relation to today’s service.

Copyright

Content in this service is protected by copyright to the extent that it constitutes a personal intellectual creation within the meaning of section 2(2) UrhG. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and other exploitation of such content beyond the limits of copyright law require the rights holder’s consent.

For content created by Wolf-Agents, the following is permitted without further consent: downloading, printing and sharing within your own organisation, both individual pages of this service and check reports you have generated, for your own information and documentation, including professional or commercial use. Labelled third-party content is excluded and remains subject to the respective rights holder’s rights. Publication and distribution to the general public are also excluded. Permitted sharing of generated reports with clients and technical staff, and further limits, are described in section 4 of the terms of use.

Where content is not from Wolf-Agents, third-party copyright is respected and the content is labelled accordingly. If you become aware of a copyright infringement, please notify info@wolf-agents.com. We will remove such content promptly once it comes to our attention.
